WiseCFO Solutions provides fractional CFO and financial advisory services to owner-led businesses. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Treasury and banking relationship management
• Mergers and acquisitions financial support and due diligence
• Outsourced accounting and controller support

The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a written engagement letter executed by both parties. No services are provided, and no client engagement begins, without an executed engagement letter.

3. Service Exclusions

WiseCFO Solutions explicitly does not provide the following services. Nothing on this Site, in any communication, or in any engagement constitutes the provision of:

• Tax return preparation – WiseCFO Solutions does not prepare federal, state, or local tax returns. Warren works alongside your existing CPA and tax professionals.
• Licensed tax services – WiseCFO Solutions is not a licensed tax advisor, enrolled agent, or CPA firm providing tax compliance services.
• Legal advice – Nothing on this Site or in any WiseCFO Solutions communication constitutes legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.
• Securities advice – WiseCFO Solutions is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide advice regarding the purchase or sale of securities. Consult a licensed investment adviser for securities-related matters.

This governing law provision is intended to align with WiseCFO Solutions’ client engagement letters, which are also governed by the laws of the State of Indiana unless otherwise stated in the applicable engagement letter.

WiseCFO Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Changes to Terms do not affect the terms of any active client engagement, which are governed by the executed engagement letter in effect for that engagement.
